Returns and refunds

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
Your right to return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
Condition of returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your sticker must not have been removed from it's backing paper
Your sticker must be in it's original condition (except in the case that it arrived damaged)
Because of the nature of wall stickers, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been applied or used unless they are faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll always make this right asap.

Your order number
A short description of the issue (if applicable)
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
A small note
As every wall is a little different, we can’t offer refunds for issues caused by unsuitable surfaces or application conditions. If you’re unsure before ordering, you’re always welcome to ask.
