Each order is prepared with care and sent on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. During busier periods, this may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving along.
Delivery within the UK
Orders are sent via Royal Mail- first class for the smallest orders and tracked 24 for larger ones.
Delivery times vary depending on the service used, but most orders arrive within a few working days after dispatch.
International shipping
We’re very happy to send orders further afield.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking is included on larger orders. If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive the details once it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been sent, it is in the hands of the postal service. While we’ll always help where we can, we’re not able to take responsibility for delays outside of our control.
